Beckett Vaughn is a 2027 OF/RHP, 2B with a 5-2 115 lb. frame from Dallas, TX who attends Woodrow Wilson. Young, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build, room to grow and develop physically moving forward. Ran a 7.29 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes short and quick steps to the ball, stays quick to the ball to get behind the ball, tends to slow momentum prior to release, gets uphill with release, simple actions with sound fundamentals, carry on throws will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and loads hands back at start of swing; remains tight with hands in swing and generates whip to the barrel head through the zone. Stays inside the baseball with hands, present bats peed through the zone and able to generate line drive contact to the middle of the field. Shows balance in swing and handles the barrel, can get more extension with hands out front. Named to the 13/14u South Central Top Prospect List.
