Liam Conlon is a 2022 RHP/ with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Coronado, CA who attends Coronado. He ran a 8.20 second sixty. A primary right-handed pitcher with a lean build. On the mound he shows a different look with an almost side arm slot, the mechanics of the delivery are traditional to an over the top arm slot with the arm dropping late and working on the side of the baseball. The fastball sat 66-68 mph and gets some occasional cutting action, the slider showed short sweeping action with consistent arm speed, the changeup has some arm side sink and give a different look than the fastball and slider. On the infield he showed developing footwork with firm hands, he looked best going left and on the slow roller where his lower arm slot plays better. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and narrow base, the bat path gets long at times staying level through the zone, will find more barrel consistency with simpler timing and more connection throughout the swing.
