2023 PG Softball KC Scouting Combine - Fall
Alexia Born is a 2025 C/OF from Eudora, Kansas. Offensively she is a right-handed hitter who does a great job throwing her hands at the pitch and generating a good amount of pop to the pull side. With continued work on the outside pitches, she will be very dangerous driving the ball to all fields. Defensively in the outfield she has great reads off the bat and uses a strong crow hop to generate power behind her throw. Has great closing speed to beat the ball to the spot and shows great range. As a catcher she gets a great jump on the short game balls and has a quick release to throws at the corners. Overall Born is a solid athlete who has a ton of potential.
