Caden Jobe is a 2027 1B/LHP with a 5-3 140 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Trinity Christian Academy. He has a smaller frame with a thicker build that has plenty of physical maturity and development ahead of him. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.87 seconds. Primary first baseman that showed good footwork around the base and fielding the ball. He puts his glove down early and fields the ball out in front of his body with two hands, showing good feel for the glove. He has developing arm strength and made consistently accurate throws to the bases. Secondary left-handed pitcher that uses a chest high leg kick and works in line with the plate. He uses tall and fall back leg mechanics and has a high release point. He uses a medium arm action and fires from a high 3/4 slot. He only featured a fastball in his outing, showing good control of it by moving it around the zone. Switch hitter that starts in a narrow stance that is open from both sides of the plate and uses a leg lift trigger for timing. He has a short hand path that is direct to the ball with an uphill slope. He looks to lift the ball into the gaps from both sides of the plate.
