2022 PG Softball KC Scouting Combine - Fall
Caedence Risius is a 2024 RHP/3B, SS from Des Moines, IA who attends Lincoln. Caedence is a strong two way athlete who not only gets it done on the field but also maintains high standards for herself in the classroom. Currently maintains a 3.8 GPA and showed that she has the ability to play at the next level. Caedence is a strong right haded pitcher who throws a fastball, curveball, changeup, screwball and riseball. Riseball is one of the best pitches and goes a good job locating it right out of the zone and getting good consistent late break with it. Curve and screw are great pitches that she does a great job working her curve and screw on the corners of the plate. Overall she is a strong pitcher with the capability to pitch at the next level. Offensively, she does a great job to her pull side of the field. Does a great job being short and quick with her hands to the ball and continues to get better and better during her round. Overall she is a very athletic Pitcher/ infielder who has the tools to play at the next level. Very high ceiling for this strong athlete and I cannot wait to see where she takes her game.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
