Trenton Rowan is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 207 lb. frame from Erie, CO who attends Flatirons Academy. Larger frame with broad shoulders and present strength. Worked out defensively from first base showing smooth paced, clean footwork while surrounding the baseball. Comes through the baseball well while funneling and worked through exchange efficiently. Released from a three-quarters slot producing accurate, on line carry to the bag topping at 81 mph. Left handed hitter with a balanced, open stance and toe tap trigger. Clean hand path to baseball with a leveraged barrel plane through extension. Generated plus bat speed through the zone showing good strength at contact as well. Ball jumped off barrel with authority producing tight back spin and easy carry to the gaps. Named to the 2020 National Underclass Main Event Showcase, Top Prospect List.
