Tyler Elliott is a 2023 RHP/ with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Lenexa, KS who attends Olathe Northwest. Large frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.75 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, strides closed, works from stretch, falls off through release, high 3/4 slot release, fastball worked 79-83 mph with good life, flashed hard-biting curveball as well as good straight changeup, inconsistent strikes at this time, projects well. Hits from open-based stance with toe tap trigger, high hands and back elbow, showed well in game with whole-field approach and loud contact, has bat speed and projects for power. Threw 83 mph from the OF and 81 mph from the IF. Very good student, named to 2021 National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
