Brennan New is a 2027 OF/RHP/C with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Simpsonville, SC who attends Mauldin. Long and lean athletic build with outstanding physical projection. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has a long and whippy arm action with easy arm strength and carry, right field profile, arm really works well, made accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium base with a big lower half gather, present bat speed with lift and leverage, was well timed in the games and lived on the barrel, two game home runs and multiple other hits, highest ceiling power potential. Took a turn on the mound, had a similar long and whippy arm action that produced a mid-80's fastball that projects lots of velocity. Threw a slurvy breaking ball and flashed a change up as well. High ceiling young talent if the bat continues to come, has two-way talent regardless. Excellent student. Selected to participate in the Perfect Game 14U Select Festival.
