Charlie Kline is a 2025 OF/RHP, 3B with a 5-4 105 lb. frame from Templeton, CA who attends Templeton. Developing build that stands to drastically improve as he continues to progress. Primary outfielder, meticulous with his glove work, takes care of the baseball. Developing aggressiveness with his reads off the bat. Arm strength still has some developing to do but will improve nicely alongside his build. On the mound, has a short arm action from side arm slot. True side arm as he dips over his front side to get down to the slot. Fastball up to 59 mph, some natural sink to the plate. Mixes in a sweeping breaking ball. Lives around the zone with his arsenal. At the plate, uses a narrow and upright stance with a heavy toe tap trigger. Flat barrel path through the zone, bat speed is still developing. Works to keep his hands inside the baseball. At his best when working through the middle of the field. Great student in the classroom as well.
