2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Kentin Grantz is a 2025 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Henderson, NV who attends Coronado. Medium overall build with a good frame to build on and plenty of time to add physicality. Primary IF, with emerging glove work, fielding the ball out front and square. A bit high in his legs bending at the waist but worked his angles with confidence and showed accurate throws up to 76 mph across the diamond. Quality reps in the OF, using a one handed gather off to the side and putting throws accurately on the bag to the infield. RHH using a balanced inline stance and deep hand load. Really flat bat path with nice hand speed using some length to get to impact. Stayed consistently in the middle of the field where his best contact was shown. Outstanding student, excelling in the classroom.
