Brandon Hernandez is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Yonkers, NY who attends Talent Unlimited. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, present strength to frame. Ran a 7.46 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works behind the ball, late acceleration through the back, long arm action through the back working to a higher slot at release, double tap release with an extra step, shows some carry on throws. Lefthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Loose and handsy swing, hits the ball out front and does a nice job of utilizing strength to create jump off the barrel; occasionally gets to front side early with weight shift, comfort working to pull side. Good student.
