Ethan Hunt is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-4 165 lb. frame from Coventry, CT who attends Coventry. Large, projectable build with sloped shoulders and long limbs, present strength to frame with additional room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.16 60-yard dash. Righthanded pitcher, begins with a side step moving into a high leg lift up past belt, deep gather on backside; effort at release working to a three-quarters slot, found release point as outing went on, topped out at 76 mph and works mostly down while flashing some sink to fastball. Shows a feel for curveball with 11-5 shape and short depth up to 60 mph, can incorporate it more often into sequences. Fields the ball out front with two hands in the outfield with some bend at waist, short arm action through the back and shows quickness, works on top of throws, will continue to refine overall actions. Righthanded hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate with an even stance. Barrel tilt at start, keeps hands inside the baseball, linear to downward swing path, looks to pull at point of contact. Good student.
