Brooks Klingemann is a 2029 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-9, 155 lb. frame from Cary, NC who attends Apex High School. He is a 7.85 runner in the sixty. On the mound, he works from the stretch with a deliberate, controlled pace and a rock-back delivery. He has a 2-seam and 4-seam fastball, with the 2-seam showing late arm-side run and sink that was especially effective down in the zone. The fastball can be paired with a curveball showing a change of eye level, and he also mixes a changeup. Has the ability to vary arm slots at times, adding deception. Recorded a clean inning of work with good pitch usage. In the infield, he shows a strong arm that plays across the diamond, with the ability to make throws from multiple slots with carry. Works through the ball with a two-handed gather out front and has the ability to charge and make plays on the run. In the outfield, he has a strong arm with a full arm action and carry through the target. At the plate, the right-handed hitter starts from a wide base and shows noticeable strength in the hands and bat speed through the zone. Can create loud contact when on time and has the physicality to continue developing as a hitter. Strength, hand speed, and athleticism give him tools to build upon on both sides of the ball.
