Jesse Bernarduci is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Avon, CT who attends Avon. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a high waist, has room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes short steps moving towards the ball and fields it out front, extra step moving through release, full arm action through the back and works on top, shows quickness and repeats actions, carry on throws will continue to develop. Righthanded hitter, begins with a hands away from body, open and narrow stance. Moving parts to load and utilizes a gliding leg lift trigger, occasionally gets to front side early. Stays short to the ball with a linear path through the zone, works to all fields, shorter finish through point of contact, shows quickness to hands. Excellent student.
