Daniel Pruna is a 2022 3B/ with a 6-0 182 lb. frame from San Juan, PR who attends Leadership Christian Academy. Recorded a 7.40 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, well-proportioned frame with some room to add more. Primary infielder with athletic actions throughout the fielding process, while showing the ability to range laterally well to each side and work downhill through the baseball. Exhibits clean funnel out in front with quick transfers and accuracy from multiple arm angles. Recorded arm strength up to 83 mph across the diamond in drills. Switch-hitter with similar swing attributes from both sides, starting from a wide, spread stance and incorporating a big leg lift for timing. Displays flatter swing path from both sides with good strength through contact from both sides and more present bat speed from the right side. Fairly consistent bat-to-ball skills with solid swing mechanics that will improve with minor adjustments. Good Student.
