Robert Ciliberti is a 2023 3B/RHP with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Valhalla, NY who attends Kennedy Catholic. Recorded a 7.98 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, slender frame with plenty of room to fill out and add strength. Primary third baseman, good approach into the fielding position with clean funnel out in front and well-engaged lower mechanics into release. Slightly longer throwing motion with arm strength recorded up to 73 mpg across the diamond in drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that works from a fairly simple operation with a belt high leg lift, good lower half movements down the slope and extension out in front. Fastball worked in the low-70s for the duration of his outing, topping out at 74 mph from a three-quarters arm slot. Shows ability to throw plenty of strikes with command of the fastball to both sides of the plate, flashing late life to miss barrels fairly often. Mixed in slower breaking ball with developing spin traits and varying shapes. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a pre-loaded hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Fairly consistent bat-to-ball skills with developing feel for the barrel with best impact to the middle and pull-side. Will continue to improve with minor swing adjustments and additional strength.
