Aaron Hernandez is a 2022 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-9 163 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Summer Creek. Medium build with room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a tall straight stance, will lunge to his front side at times but generally stays well timed up and direct to the ball, works the middle of the field with a line drive approach, will continue to improve as he gets stronger. 7.94 runner, has a short and compact arm action in the infield, moves to his left well with good confidence, also played the outfield. Took a turn on the mound, long and loose arm action leading to a high 3/4's arm slot, high leg raise, good pace to his mechanics. Fastball topped out at 72 mph, mostly straight, also threw a short curveball. Good student.
