Jaylen Seabrooks is a 2027 OF/RHP/2B with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Snellville, GA who attends Duluth. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean young build, room to fill throughout and develop. Ran an 8.21 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, charges the ball with intent and maintains momentum through release, fields it to the side, lower slot on throws with some carry out of the hand, shows accuracy to the intended base. Hands play in the infield, moves well laterally, longer arm stroke through the back with an extra step into release, strength will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Hands start tight near the ear, does a nice job of getting the barrel out front at contact, utilizes a bigger shift in contact and shows quickness to hands; works to the middle of the field, can implement additional lift to path. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
