Nicholas Mills is a 2026 3B/RHP/C with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Throop, PA who attends Mid Valley. Strong built compact frame with good athleticism and a lot of time to continue growth. Primary position IF, starting with a wide base and choppy steps to set himself up for the plays. Will play a bit high here and there but he has a real idea with the glove and uses good midline transfer to throw. Full arm path with some hand quickness creating throws up to 79 mph with good carry. Handled the slow roller nicely. Secondary RHP, working from the full windup and using a very controlled overall operation. Creates good separation and extension down the slope as he accelerates through a high 3/4 arm angle. Natural cutting action on his FB that reached 83 mph with above average spin traits. Generating plenty of swing and miss with his FB/CB combination. CB with solid 11-5 shape and late break in the upper-60s. Overall good performance on the bump. RHH working from an even base and high handset with high back elbow. Hover trigger to built good leverage and a lot of middle of the field impact. Will drift a touch but is on the barrel with regularity and there is present juice, especially to the pull side. Very interesting two-way potential here and some one to follow closely. Outstanding student as well.
