William Palacios is a 2022 C/2B with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Stockton, CA who attends Cesar Chavez. Shorter height with a live body and room to fill out. Ran a 7.25 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, good hip mobility in a relaxed set. Replaces the feet quickly with good direction and clean release to his on line throws. A right-handed hitter, wider and slightly open start with an even hand set. Works the barrel inside looking to drive the ball the other way. Stays on top and created some back spin to the opposite field, good barrel control. Excellent student.
