2024 Scorpions (TX) Prospect Showcase
Dallas Gonzales is a 2027 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Conroe, TX who attends Home School. Medium frame with long limbs and wiry strength. Ran a 7.00 sixty yard dash. Infielder, good range to either side and works through it well. Solid actions with the glove, gets around ball well. Good arm strength and accuracy from multiple slots. Good intent to his arm and gets to bag. Also pitched, high leg lift into a three-quarter slot and filled the zone to his armside. Fastball and cambia worked in tandem, with good action to both. Mixed in a slider with depth and is a strike thrower. Right-handed hitter, spread stance with high hand set and mini leg trigger. Very sound middle of the field approach and stays balanced through contact. Solid feel for the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
