Cody Underwood is a 2025 SS/RHP, C, 3B with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Arrington, TN. Young frame with room to fill, ran a 9.07 60 yard dash. Primary infielder, hands work well out front with funnel to midline, clean transfer, carries momentum from the fielding process into throws. Also worked out as a catcher, gains ground into throws, long arm action with accurate throws and a 2.52 pop time. RHP, starts at an angle from the windup, into a rocker step with a coiled leg lift, fastball topped out a 67 mph from a three-quarters arm slot, located to both side of the plate and at times showed arm side run, curveball showed varying shapes with different arm speeds. Righthanded hitter, starts with a spread base, developing mechanics with the lower half, bat path gets in the zone early.
