Bryon Martin is a 2026 SS/2B, OF, UT with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Fairhope, AL who attends Fairhope. Young, athletic frame with square shoulders and plenty of quick-twitch muscle; strong runner, posted a 6.53 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, deliberate tempo to actions in the dirt, athleticism plays and hands work nicely at the ball, quick exchange, shows arm strength across the diamond, lots of coordination and body control on the slow roller. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base in set up and shows quickness to hands while working on a linear path through the zone. Utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing, gets on plane well and employs a high finish through contact. Repeats swing mechanics, finds the barrel. Excellent student. Named to the WWBA Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
