Trevor Rogers is a 2025 C/3B, OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from New Braunfels, TX who attends New Braunfels. Younger, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.61 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, lower set up behind the plate, receives the ball out front, gets tall out of crouch but gains some ground with lower half, compact arm action, showed accuracy on throws to second base, carry will continue to develop. Works behind the ball well in the outfield, fields it out front, keeps throws low with developing arm strength, tends to open front side early at release. Right-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; gets closed moving into contact. Keeps hands inside the ball throughout swing, full path through the zone with an uphill finish at the point of contact. Can continue to incorporate additional weight shift into mechanics, worked to the middle and pull side parts of the field with comfort.
