Primary right-handed pitcher, straddled start working to a solid balance point before driving down the mound, remaining on line to the plate. Worked his fastball to the glove side, moving it around the zone during his outing. Up to 76 mph, ranging in the mid-70s with his fastball. Showed some feel for spin for his breaking ball with slurve shape from a high 3/4 arm slot. Secondary corner infielder, showed range going to his left, playing through the ball well. Up to 75 mph across the diamond from a shorter arm action. Right-handed hitter, balanced and open stance with a high back elbow. Uses a slight leg-lift-trigger to engage lower half. Compact stroke that works direct to the point of contact, worked gap-to-gap during his round producing line-drives. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
