Brady Thompson is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Newark, DE who attends Caravel Academy. He ran a 7.50 second sixty. A primary left-handed pitcher with a larger frame with a lean build. On the mound he showed a real long arm action with a controlled delivery as he does a nice job staying composed as he works to the plate. He worked down hill well from a high three-quarters arm slot with projectable arm speed and some cross fire actions as the fastball sat 78-81 mph. with signs of short arm side life on the. He repeats his delivery well on the curveball with bigger bite at times moving mostly vertically through the hitting zone into the low 70's. In the outfield he showed the same long, free, easy arm action creating plenty of carry on the baseball to the bases with accuracy. Left-handed hitter, starts with very high hands working best on a linear plane with the barrel as he shifts off the back side into contact. Very good student.
