Keegan Snooks is a 2024 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Gardnerville, NV who attends Douglas. Large frame with some present strength to the build. Ran an 8.46 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, stays compact and on line with his delivery using a longer arm stroke to get downhill with good extension. Generates good life to the fastball with ride up in the zone, shows quality spin on the breaking ball with good vertical bite and downer action and shows projectable components on the changeup that flashed as good as the breaking ball when in the zone. Also worked out at first base, shows comfort with the glove on the move, has clean footwork around the bag and releases fairly quickly from a low slot. Righthanded hitter, shows some length through the zone working to lift at contact but can show some inconsistency in getting off the back side. Good strength and carry when squared. Good student.
