Rohan Patel is a 2021 LHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Bellarmine College Prep. Medium athletic build with long arms and legs and some present strength. Long and loose arm action from a hand drop start, high 3/4's to over the top arm slot, tends to fall off on release and throw across his body, pretty fast paced delivery. Fastball topped at 82 mph early before settling in the upper 70's. Primary fastball, only used a 1/7 curveball rarely. Has good arm strength and will further develop with more consistency in his release and delivery mechanics. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Left handed hitter who shows some hand quickness at the plate, fires his hands at the ball and makes solid barrel contact, mid field to pull side approach. Excellent student.
