Caden Birch is a 2025 SS/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Reno, NV who attends North Valleys. Solid athletic build with some present strength and more to come, plenty of projection remaining. Right handed hitter, has good rhythm into his swing, big stride into contact that can change his eye level, aggressive swing with some lift through contact, looks to pull the ball, has jump off bat and showed his power both in batting practice and in the games, type of swing approach that can feast on fastballs when timed up. 6.91 runner in the sixty. Moves well on defense in the middle infield, shows athleticism, good arm strength with carry on his throws, can shorten his release into his throws. Good balance of offensive and defensive tools. Excellent student. Named to the HS All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
