Owen Fuoco is a 2021 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-11 151 lb. frame from Vancouver, BC who attends Kitsilano Secondary School. Slender build with plenty of room to get stronger. 8.14 runner in the sixty. Aggressive player defensively both in the infield and outfield, plays with energy and charges the ball hard, short and compact arm action with developing arm strength, throws from a lower slot from the infield. Right handed hitter, hits with a big leg lift load and a negative shift into contact, short hands driven swing, mid to opposite field contact. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a sidearm arm slot. Upper 60's fastball with good sink and run, effective frisbee slider, was effective when he was in the zone with his deception. Good student.
