Aidan Hedgepeth is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Lake Travis. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.40 seconds. Hits from wide-based stance with wrapped barrel to start, swings hard, shows strength when square, looks to get the ball in the air, projects as he continues to physically mature. Worked out in the outfield, waits back a bit on the ball and works through fielding with methodical pace, fields cleanly, hands work well, clocked up to 76 mph on throws. Also pitched, short arm stroke through the back, extends well through release, three quarters slot, good deception to delivery, fastball worked 73-77 mph with good life to it, mixed in curveball with 12/6 shape, also flashed changeup with good arm speed. Very good student.
