Catrina Dixson is a 2023 1B/UT from Pella, IA who attends Pella High School. Catrina is a very athletic infielder who can takes control of the field when she is on it. Her energy and leadership are evident when she takes the field. Very constant glove at first base. Reads the ball well off the bat, great footwork off the bag and moves well left to right. Not only did her glove work show great constancy she had a strong overhand throw across the diamond. Offensively she put on a show as well. Stand in right handed power hitter with massive barrel whip in the box. She is a hitter that does not get cheated at the plate and demonstrates big power when she is on time. Overall Catrina is an athlete that not only leads by example but she is an athlete that does not take pitch off. The sky is the limit for Catrina as she enters into her senior year of high school.
