Axel Puls is a 2023 3B/SS with a 5-8 180 lb. frame from Kaneohe, HI who attends James B Castle. Compact young build with some present strength and room for more. Switch-hitter, has a better present swing and bat speed from the right side, pre-loads his front side and hits from a still start, middle of the field line drive contact with the beginnings of some bat speed. Left handed swing is more inside driven with an opposite field orientation. Compact arm action at third base with developing arm strength, makes accurate throws and showed the ability to drop his arm slot. 7.82 runner in the sixty. Good student.
