Yuto Mimura is a 2020 OF/ with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Toshima, TK who is an international free agent. Medium developing frame with athleticism. Primary outfielder, attacks the baseball nicely. Has very aggressive reads off the bat. Fields the ball well with solid footwork technique, showcases a quick transfer with an athletic throwing action. Accurate to all bases and possesses a strong arm, was gunned at 85 mph from the outfield. At the plate, uses an even stance with a higher hand set. Stays linear through the zone and shows an ability to get the barrel head out on inside pitches. Present strength to his pull side, slight hand coil at load creates some whip through the zone as well. Flashes of plus power with good all around feel for the barrel.
