Emil Turbi is a 2023 SS/ with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Orlando, NC who attends Cenapec. Skinny frame with long limbs for size and room to add weight. A primary infielder with a deliberate approach to the baseball, easy foot movements and balanced. Aggressive working through with some hand deepness. Actions play long term. Solid arm strength with more to come as the body fills out. The switch hitter had some upside with barrels skills from both sides. LH-easy process with a small shoulder turn and short stride to start swing. Loose hands and slightly uphill, worked mostly to the opposite field. Some upside as he adds strength. RH-Leg lift and weight gather, attacks with body. Flat bat path with a middle approach. A uptick of twitch from the right side.
