Elian García is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends Cenapec. Slender hipped and proportioned, broad shoulders and can hold easy weight. A primary outfielder with solid instincts and covers ground easily. Moves easily through the ball with a very quick transfer, carry on his throws and the ability to one hop with accuracy. Very good upside in the outfield. The left-handed hitter hitter uses a leg lift and small hand load to create good raw bat speed. Threw the barrel with directional force at the ball and produced an intent based round, the bat speed continued to play up as the round went on. Created space and the ball jumped off the barrel when squared. All around upside.
