Raul Bustamante Jr is a 2022 1B/LHP with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Dumas, TX who attends Dumas. Young developing build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide stance with a quick and well timed toe tap load, keeps his swing short and direct to the ball, handles the barrel well and squares up the ball consistently, moves the ball around the field, will continue to improve as a hitter with additional strength. Has good fundamentals and clean hands at first base defensively, gets rid of the ball quickly with developing arm strength.
