AJ Garcia is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends DePaul College Prep. Recorded a 6.23 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a lean, athletic, and well-proportioned build. Moved to the ball with good energy and quickness to his feet. Showed a confident glove hand and full arm action. Throws were on line with carry and good arm strength, up to 92 mph from the outfield. Left-handed hitter and starts from a relaxed stance with a wide base and even feet. Employs a small weight shift and showed very quick hands on a short path. Produced barrels often, using all fields approach and best power to pull side. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Michigan.
