2025 PG Ohio Valley Indoor Showcase
McCoy "Moose" Marksbury is a 2027 OF/LHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends Fairfield. Ran a 7.41 sixty-yard dash. Marksbury possesses a strong and sturdy left-handed build, showcasing athleticism in multiple aspects of his game. In the outfield, he got into position with urgency, utilizing soft hands and a strong internal clock. Marksbury's throws were quick and online, posting velocities up to 81 mph. At the dish, he uses a narrow and slightly open right-handed setup. Marksbury keeps his operation in sync, firing through a level barrel with quickness post large leg load. On the mound, Marksbury gains extension and rotates through a quick arm that got his fastball up to 81. The heater had life and jump out of the hand. He mixed in a deep list of secondaries, starting with an 11-5 curveball with depth and late break. Marksbury also mixed in a slider with vertical life and a developing change-up. Named to the 2025 Ohio Valley Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List. Good student.
