Easton Brunson is a 2027 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Highlands, TX who attends Goose Creek Memorial. Solid athletic build with good present strength, especially in his lower half. Left handed hitter, sets up in a straight comfortable stance with a short stride into contact, simple load and timer, drops his back side and leans and lifts, has present bat speed and meets the ball out front, turns fast, loud barrels with a long history of power production. 7.43 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has good footwork and tons of arm strength for the position. Also can play corner outfield with big arm strength and easy carry. Took a turn on the mound and shows two-way potential. Works from an abbreviated wind up with a long 3/4's arm stroke. Filled up the zone with a riding fastball that topped out at 87 mph. Slider and change up were both quality pitches and tunneled well with his fastball. Excellent student. Selected to participate in the Perfect Game 14U Select Festival.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
