Hampton Woodruff is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 5-3 102 lb. frame from Titus, AL who attends Edgewood Academy. Smaller frame with a young, lean build showing plenty of room to fill down the road. Ran a 9.25 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder sitting back on the baseball before working into it. Two hand gather before working into crow hop. Over the top arm slot looking to carry throws all the way to target. Young mechanics for the position. Secondary Righthanded pitcher working exclusively from the stretch. Shorter leg lift and then drives down the mound. Lands direct to target with repeatable actions. Medium to longer arm circle before delivering from a high three-quarter arm slot. Staying around the strike-zone running his fastball up to 55 MPH. Righthanded hitter starting from a balanced stance. Hands get deep during separation before working into a linear swing path. Looks to pull the baseball. Outstanding Student.
