Keon Johnson is a 2026 SS/2B with a 6-2 196 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends First Presbyterian Day. Big and strong athletic build, stands out physically. 6.66 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, with excellent arm strength up to 93 mph across. Very soft hands with plenty of twitch. Fast arm with quiet footwork. Lots of athleticism and first step quickness. Has the athleticism, arm strength, and instincts to stick at shortstop at the next level. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and barrel tilt start. Toe tap trigger as a timing mechanism with a very quick launch. Very simple swing and can turn the barrel with ease. Significant bat speed and power upside to the stroke. Good student.
