Bada Kim is a 2021 C/ with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from La Cresenta, CA who attends Village Christian. Medium frame with a slender build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.44 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary catcher. Sets up in a side straddled and even stance. Receives out in front and into exchanges. Stands up and releases in a n upright position. Accurate throws down to the bag topping out at 71 MPH and popping a 2.13 during workouts. Righthanded hitter with a narrow and upright stance. Rotational actions into a line drive barrel plane. Will occasionally work onto the front side with some linear actions. Shows feel for the barrel creating line drive jump off the barrel. Very good student as well.
