Jack Cosich is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Frankfort, IL who attends Lincoln Way East. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.10 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, quick hands through the zone, hands on inside path, has timing skills, shows ability to work to all fields, projects with strength. Worked out in the outfield, moves to the ball, shows solid athleticism, fields cleanly and has quick release, clocked up to 82 mph on throws. Also pitched, compact arm stroke to 3/4 slot, fastball worked 72-76 mph with flashes of life, showed slow curveball with good depth, also flashed slider with tilt. Excellent student.
