Patrick Hassel is a 2025 3B/1B/OF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Xaverian. Thick and strong physical build. 7.25 runner in the sixty, was aggressive running the bases and got good jumps. Primary third baseman on defense, moves well for the position with some first step quickness, fields the ball confidently, will tap his glove at times and slow down his transfer, solid arm slot and changed his arm slot well on the move. Also plays some first base. Right handed hitter, hits from a bent knee stance and a wide base, inward toe tap load, has a short hands driven swing with an uphill angle, gets some strength and impact at the ball and shows his strength, mid field to pull side contact. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
