Luke Robinson is a 2023 SS/RHP, C, MIF, IF, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Pisgah. Medium frame with an athletic build. Ran a 7.74 second sixty yard dash. Primary shortstop, showed a strong lower half working through the baseball toward his target, raw tools with some strength present, gathered the baseball high and delivered the baseball accurately. Secondary righthanded pitcher, big rock step in windup putting all weight behind rubber and then working into leg lift, likes to work from the first base side of the rubber while landing slightly closed off throwing across body, shorter arm action from a 3/4 arm angle, fastball sitting in the high-60's to low-70's and a curveball with 12-6 actions sitting in the mid-50's. Righthanded hitter, balanced stance with a quick leg lift and stride, attacks the baseball from a steep angle creating some loud contact, gets barrel extended through zone. Good student.
