2025 Georgia Jackets Showcase
Braxton Glaze is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-1 177 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Kings Ridge Christian. Athletic young build with some present strength and more to come. Works from the stretch on the mound with a quick leg raise and hip turn, doesn't always rotate fully out of his turn, short stride with a stiff front leg, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball sat in the upper 70's with some ride up in the zone and sink at the bottom. Curveball was his best pitch with some power, tight spin and good feel for landing it in the strike zone. Also threw a firm change up for strikes. 7.41 runner in the sixty. Secondary corner infielder on defense, moves pretty well from side to side and fields well to his back hand, makes accurate throws, looked the most athletic at first base. Left handed hitter, starts from a straight stance with a high hand load with a toe tap trigger, tends to get the bat started late, mostly opposite field line drive contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
