Ryan Allen is a 2025 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Greensboro, NC who attends Southeast Guilford. Solid frame with broad shoulders, wiry current strength and a lot of room to add more physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.26 seconds. Primary position IF, showing solid feel and fundamentals through his reps on the infield. Plays a bit high in legs but showed good reaction and first step quickness getting into proper angles. Works through the ball and glove work has a chance to be elite. Standard arm path with clean action and good carry on throws up to 83 mph across the diamond. Showed great dexterity in handling the slow roller. RHH working from a wider stance, very tall in his legs and using a high handset to start. Really creates hands speed and turns quickly in the core. Ball jumps off the barrel with pull oriented approach. At his best when working the middle of the field and projects to be an impact bat long term. Good student as well.
