Freilin Encarnacion Ulloa is a 2019 SS with a 5-11 172 lb. frame from the Dominican Republic. Slender athletic build with lots of physical projection, turned 14 years old during the showcase. Right handed hitter, has very good bat speed for his age, accelerates the barrel well into contact, middle of the field line drive contact, consistent timing and barrel skills, loose and easy out front. 7.44 runner, has very good arm strength for his age, makes on line throws with carry, still learning his footwork coming through the ball but will improve with repetitions and physical maturity, hands are clean and easy out front.
