Trevor Owens is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 5-7 176 lb. frame from Apopka, FL who attends Winter Park. The primary pitcher has a shorter build with a strong frame. He ran a 9.61 in the sixty yard dash. He starts with a small side step and a straight leg lift over the rubber, staying balanced throughout. Drives hard to the plate from balance, using a compact arm stroke on the back and a 3/4 slot on release. He matches his release and keeps his hand speed on an 11/5 shaped breaking ball. The secondary infielder bends at the waist with his hands out front in good position to field. He has a short arm action and a consistent release to the bag. The right-handed hitter starts open and uses a short stride while loading his hands down to start on plane. Looks to attack out front, and pull the baseball.
